David Crockett restaurant’s focus is on getting prime cuts of meat (USDA Prime) and preparing them on a charcoal grill. Our grill, designed like the classical Argentineans grills, is made of cast iron with fireproof brick, wood, and charcoal that gives a distinct flavor to our prime cuts of meat—a true delicacy.

Blue Marlin

Casabella
This restaurant has an international offering with two service times – breakfast and lunch. The Casabella Breakfast includes a supply of bread, croissant, Danish, brioche, natural juices, cheese board, cold cuts, smoked fish, and a full egg station for omelets, fried or poached eggs and garnishes. You may choose a la carte dishes as well.

For lunch, we offer with two alternative services: buffet and a la carte. The buffet is set with a fantastic salad bar and cold cuts, a show cooking with international dishes and a dessert table. The menu consists on international specialties with a particular focus on Caribbean food. An extensive choice of sandwiches and snacks complete the offer.

Ocean’s Club
The ocean Club’s approach is minimalist, a new concept where food and beverage services are very well united to create a relaxed atmosphere. Where a glass of champagne or a good wine will be accompanied by a delicious Tapas or canapé.
